We got our hands on some 2020 New Zealand Nelson Hops and we wanted to feature them in a moderate ABV NEIPA. We used both oats and red wheat in grain bill for soft mouthfeel. We used Lupomax Mosaic on the hot side to layer in some tropical fruit notes and all the dry hop is Nelson for that varietal gooseberry and lime leaf note.
